The Zentangle Method was born in 2004 from an idea of Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas, and uses drawing as a way to create beautiful abstract images and at the same time to help enter into a state of focused attention (mindfulness). It is often addressed as "yoga for the mind" or "drawn meditation".
